so here I am out in LA for a work conference. How is my health challenge going?!? It’s going.
Being 100% on target with the food is a little tough because I AM on vacation in a sense but I have avoided carbs and sugar and feel like I am sticking to it pretty well. The nutrition is probably closer to 90%.
The exercise though is going well. Every night I pull out my DVDs and bands and get my 30 minutes in. My littles join me as well which makes it even more fun. Avs and Smith jump and hop along to Autumn’s routines and together we check them off!
One week done and two to go. Here is an update photo. Any changes?
