I know I have already shared a rib recipe but that one was for the grill and when winter hits Boston it won’t be as practical to make. So how does one get a rib fix in when inches of snow lay outside? By cooking up this super simple and delicious crock pot rib recipe. David was a bit skeptical as I tossed in the ingredients and plugged in the crockpot. Would they really be as good as the grill version we have come to enjoy so much? Would we ever want to repeat this recipe? The biggest problem with a crockpot is the smell. The smell of those ribs cooking all day in that delicious BBQ sauce left us drooling. The skepticism melted away as we licked our lips throughout the long 7 hour wait. Finally at 6:15PM we lifted the lid and stared into the BBQ beauty before us. The meat slipped off the bone and we smiled knowing this was going to be good.
